Battleground pacing and queue concerns
The battleground version of PvP is described as enjoyable when enough players are available. In that condition, it appears capable of sustaining interest over longer play sessions.
Population dependence
A central concern is queue health. When player numbers are low, battleground participation is described as turning into a waiting simulator rather than active play. This frames battleground enjoyment as highly dependent on population and matchmaking availability.
Need for open-world activity during downtime
Open-world access is suggested as a way to reduce downtime between battleground matches. The underlying idea is that players should be able to spend queue time elsewhere in the game instead of remaining idle while waiting for enough participants.
This feedback presents battleground PvP as mechanically promising, but reliant on broader world integration and sufficient player activity to remain consistently engaging.
