Crafting, gathering, and masteries

Crafting and gathering are treated as meaningful progression paths rather than side activities. The developers say players who specialize in mining, fishing, woodcutting, or crafting should be able to build their own identity and earn recognition for it.

Specialization and rewards

Each activity is described as having its own progression track and rewards. The studio gives examples such as fishing tournaments, mining tournaments, and master crafters who can produce highly valuable items.

Player identity through professions

The game is designed so that a player can become known for a specific mastery, whether that is fishing, gliding, PvP, or crafting. The developers say these paths should matter in the wider world and should not be treated as trivial side content.

Seasonal activity

The studio also links these systems to seasonal content, suggesting that gathering and crafting activities will continue to receive structured support over time.
