Character model and armor art preview

The later portion of the recording briefly shifts from class design to art previews, showing an early character model and discussing armor production direction.

Elf model preview

A low-resolution preview of an elf-related character model is shown without hair or final presentation elements. The model is described as still needing further work, particularly in how animation is translated onto the character. Animation quality is identified as a key area for continued improvement.

The visual direction is presented as moving toward more distinctive character silhouettes and identities.

Orc visual direction

A personal preference is expressed for an alternative orc interpretation that would be more crooked or sneaky in appearance rather than the current large, bulky "Hulk smash" style. This is framed as a subjective art-direction reflection rather than a confirmed redesign plan.

Armor workflow

New warrior armor is also teased. The armor pipeline is described as aiming for more than simply applying textures onto a base character model. Instead, the workflow is intended to make armor pieces stand out more strongly and give them greater visual presence.

This approach is said to place more demands on the character team, but it is presented as worthwhile because of the resulting visual quality.
